You must have a current Austin Public Library Card (the library card number may be found on your Austin Public Library card) and know your password/PIN in order to log in and pay fines and fees online. If you have forgotten your Password/PIN, please call Customer Service at 512-974-7475, or reset it online:
The City of Austin and Austin Public Library are now using Citybase for online fine and fee payments. After you login and select the fines or fees you wish to pay, you will leave the Library’s website and be transferred to the City of Austin branded Citybase payment portal to make the actual payments. If you have questions about your account, fines or password/PIN, please contact Customer Service at 512-974-7475.
Charge for returning items in damaged condition.
